Arabella

Arabella is one of the newer communities in San Diego, California and features some of the largest and most elegant homes in the area.

Arabella was built by Pardee between 2005 and 2007. There are 132 single family homes that are two stories and detached. The floor plans offer three to five bedrooms and living space that ranges from 2,007 to 2,452 square feet. Estates sit on lots that average at 4,000 square feet and every home has a two or three car garage.

Amenities include the West Highland Pacific Recreational Center that covers 8,825 square feet of activity space. There is a junior Olympic size swimming pool as well as a club room, outdoor room, fitness room, and multi-purpose room. The kids also have access to a water play area. This community is located off Carmel Valley Road. Streets that run through it include Moonflower Meadows Trail, Cornflower Trail, Shasta Daisy Trail, Cape Jewels Trail, Ginger Glen Trail, and Cullen Crest Trail.

Several school districts serve this neighborhood with highly ranked facilities like Solana Santa Fe Elementary School, Carmel Valley Middle School, and Torrey Pines High School. There are hundreds of private institutions like the Calvary Christian Academy, Escondido Adventists Academy, the Montessori American School, and Halstrom Academy. Public universities include the University of California (UCSD) and San Diego State University (SDSU) as well as the San Diego Community College District.
